Problem: I get the "Authentication required" message while trying to update.

Possible solutions :

1. You are not connected to the Internet. Make sure you are able to browse Internet, re-launch BetAssistant and try again.

2. Some firewall blocks BetAssistant. You should permit BetAssistant to connect to the server or just disable your firewall during the update process.

3. You are using an unregistered copy of BetAssistant.Register it.(more).

Problem: I get the "Wrong username/password" error

Possible solutions :

1. You might have mistyped the registration data we had sent you.

2. Your registration period has expired. In such cases we always send you a warning e-mail and never block the account without prior notice.

Problem: I get the "Data type mismatch" error

Possible solutions :

1. The error is caused by the not-standard date/time display in your operating system. Try to do the following: Open Start>Control Panel>Date, time and regional settings>Language and regional settings>Russian

Problem: BetAssistant displays wrong results or some match is missing

Possible solutions:

1. This happens sometimes. We are constantly working on the update process and the number of such errors is constantly decreasing. If you want to help us - contact us and tell us where you think we have an error. You will really help us improve BetAssistant.
